4. Payment

Payments for services can be made through the methods available on the website, including credit/debit cards, UPI, and other electronic payment systems. By making a payment, you agree to provide accurate and complete payment information.

5. Booking & Cancellations

Once a booking is made for a consultation or reading, it will be scheduled as per the availability of our experts. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance for a full refund. Any cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee.

6. Your Responsibilities

You agree to:

Provide accurate and complete information when using our services.
Keep all personal and payment information up to date.
Be respectful and courteous during consultations with our astrologers and tarot readers.

You acknowledge that our services are for guidance and informational purposes only and that the decisions you make based on our advice are your sole responsibility. PriyAstro is not liable for any outcomes resulting from your actions following the advice or information provided.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the liability of PriyAstro, its officers, directors, employees, partners, and suppliers for any claims arising out of or in connection with the services, website, or these Terms of Service shall be limited to the greater of:

The amount of fees you paid to us in the 12 months prior to the incident giving rise to the liability, or
10,000 INR.

This limitation applies to all types of claims, including those arising from negligence, breach of contract, or other legal theories.

If you provide us with any feedback, suggestions, or ideas, you agree that PriyAstro will have full ownership of such submissions, including all related intellectual property rights. These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Panipat, India.
